According to multiple sources, Zak Phelps of Epic Games has confirmed to FaZe Cizzorz that the v7.20 update for Fortnite is scheduled for 15 or 16 January
Zak Phelps is the executive producer of the creative mode of Fortnite on Epic Games. According to Zak and Cizzorz, patch v7.20 should go down on Tuesday 15 January or Wednesday 16 January.
While this was approximately the date and time of the patch, no official confirmation has been given by Epic Games until now.

FaZe Cizzors is the creator of the famous Death Run maps in the creative mode of Fortnite. This exchange was probably due to Zak Phelps who was responsible for bugs or concerns within the mode.
What exactly the v7.20 patch involves is not yet known. Epic Games has announced various corrections and improvements in the quality of life in recent days, although a major addition has yet to be revealed.
Many players expect the previously reviewed Drift Board to be added in this update, although Epic still has to confirm whether this is the case or not.
