Original story: Although a release date has never been specified, the next Warframe expansion, Fortuna, will be available in a few hours. Right now, the developer Digital Extremes is running to fix the latest bugs before sending the update so that players can finally download and dig it. You can watch everything happening live on Twitch, while Game Director Steve Sinclair is streaming live from his desk. Over 40,000 spectators are tuned in, waiting impatiently for the news that Fortuna is finally ready. Meanwhile, Sinclair offers viewers a valuable insight into what is behind such a massive publication.
As the Eidolon Plains update published in 201
Tom checked the update and Garuda's bloodthirsty new blood last week and had a shout using his K-drive hoverboard to extract fantastic tricks while skating around the environment. This is just the tip of the terraformed iceberg, as Fortuna also adds tracking and conservation of animals, a new weapon slot to build from scratch, and expands fishing and mining. It looks robust, so I hope Fortuna meets expectations. The developer Digital Extremes has already stated that he has learned many lessons from the plains of Eidolon and that Fortuna will not have the same super-intensive economy.
Warframe: Fortuna will be released in a few minutes. We will update this post when it is live.
